- DOES THIS COURSE INCLUDE A CERTIFICATE?
Certificates are offered exclusively through our in-person training. This allows us to guide you closely, assess your work, and ensure that it meets our quality standards.
- IS THIS COURSE BEGINNER-FRIENDLY?
This course requires a solid foundation in basic lash techniques, including attachment, isolation, and an understanding of lash layers.
If you have not yet developed these foundational skills, we recommend joining our four-day in-person training first.
- WHAT LANGUAGE IS THIS COURSE TAUGHT IN?
This course is taught in English. If you require translation, please use a translation app or AI tool.

- WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Due to the digital nature of this course, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
- HOW WILL I RECEIVE ACCESS TO THE COURSE?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a Student Agreement and further instructions in your order confirmation email.
Once you have signed and returned the agreement, your enrolment will be reviewed and finalized by Lin and Alis. You will then receive your course access link within 12 hours.
This process allows us to confirm each student’s enrolment and maintain organized student records.
- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BUNDLE?
If you purchased the course and product bundle, the estimated delivery time is 10–17 days.
Your course access will be provided separately after you have signed and returned the Student Agreement.

At ZENSHÉ, every product is thoughtfully curated and inspected to ensure quality and care. Due to the nature of our lash products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at info@zenshe.co with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your case and assist where possible.
All products are final sale. Order Cancellations are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been confirmed, as our fulfilment process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not include shipping duration). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. ZENSHÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
