▫️Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a Student Agreement and instructions in your order confirmation emails. Once you have signed and returned the agreement to us, you will receive your course access link within 12 hours.
Once you receive your access link, please download the course as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any future loss of access to the link.

At ZENSHÉ, every product is thoughtfully curated and inspected to ensure quality and care. Due to the nature of our lash products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before checkout.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at info@zenshe.co with your order number and clear photos of the product. Our team will review your case and assist where possible.
All products are final sale. Order Cancellations are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been confirmed, as our fulfilment process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not include shipping duration). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. ZENSHÉ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
